Desemudecer is a work that aims to highlight the centrality of the narratives and speaks of adolescents on the school and the tutelary council, in Region 1, in the municipality of Olinda, during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021). A central problem of this research is how do teenagers produce narratives about the work of Tutelary Councils and their relationship with the daily life of high schools in Olinda (region 1)? We start from the hypothesis that the educational public policies offered by the State, do not provide integral development of the same, mainly, when one takes into account the territory where the research will be developed, demarcated by the violation of the human and social rights, being considered the most impoverished part of the municipality of Olinda. The general objective of this work is to analyze the perception of adolescents who contacted the tutelary council, in the period from 2020 to 2021, about the performance of counselors and professionals in secondary education in Olinda (Region 1). There are three (03) specific objectives: 1. To analyze the production of narratives by adolescents about social, political and economic demands and their relationship with the performance of the Tutelary Council for the realization of the right to education; 2. Discuss the School's relationship with the Tutelary Council from the territory where they are inserted and 3. Discuss the social issues and human rights violations that emerged in the adolescents' speeches and their relationship with the performance of the tutelary councils and education professionals. This framework will also be analyzed, using data and information from the Semiannual Activity Reports of the Tutelary Council of Region 1, which are filed with the Public Ministry of Pernambuco (MPPE) and the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (COMDACO-Olinda) , being these documentary sources, one of the portraits of their practical actions and is the memory of the work of the tutelary council in the defense of adolescents. The relationship between education professionals and the tutelary council, in order to guarantee rights, is highlighted by article 56 of the Child and Adolescent Statute and, with specific cases in its three items. (BRASIL. 2015) The project will research the years 2020 and 2021, the first two years of the pandemic, a period of increased violations of adolescents' rights.
