This research project aims to study the educational practices developed in street social education in the city of Recife, based on the work of social educators who work in Social Welfare, within the scope of the Specialized Reference Center for the Homeless Population - Centro Pop, as well as in the street care provided on the streets of the city, to this segment of the population. The work on the streets is characterized by the mobilization and awareness of these people for more effective care at Centro Pop. The interest stems from the concern to understand the impact of the educational action on these people and how they begin to organize themselves based on the possible learning constructed in the relationship with the service and with the educators who work there.
