SUMMARY:
The research's theme is the effects of the Learning Recomposition Plan of the Recife Municipal Education Network (RMER), implemented in 2022 after the Covid-19 pandemic period. The implementation aimed to mitigate the learning gaps of students in Elementary School - Initial/Final Years and in the Youth and Adult Education Modality (EJA), left by the pandemic, which generated unprecedented challenges in global education, affecting millions of students. Faced with the pandemic scenario, schools had to adopt Remote Learning, promoting a break with in-person teaching. In this sense, public school students faced numerous challenges related to the precarious conditions regarding technological resources to follow classes, which caused difficulties in the learning process. Thus, the Recife Department of Education implemented the Learning Recomposition Plan, considering it as an integral and fundamental pedagogical strategy for the teaching and learning processes within the network's teaching policy, with a view to developing necessary learning that has not been consolidated by the students from the perspective of academic advancement. The research has a qualitative approach. The general objective is to analyze the effects of the Learning Recomposition Plan implemented by the Recife Municipal Education Network in the post-pandemic context of Covid-19, based on the perception of students and high school teachers in Recife. Pernambuco State Education Network. We define the following as specific objectives: 1. Understand the process of formulating the Learning Recomposition Plan in the global and national context; 2. Analyze the design and guidelines of the Learning Recomposition Plan for the post-pandemic context of Covid-19; 3. Analyze the perceptions of 2nd year high school students about the effects of the Learning Recomposition Plan on their academic trajectory; 4. Analyze the perceptions of teachers in the 2nd year of high school about the effects of the Learning Recomposition Plan on the students' academic trajectory. The theoretical framework of the research is anchored in the policy cycle approach of Stephen Ball (2006a; 2006b) and Mainardes (2006; 2018). The methodological path of the research is anchored in Ball (2006a; 2006b); Chizzotti (2018); Minayo (2016) and Souza (2006). We will carry out bibliographical research focusing on the theme, narrative interviews with the team responsible for implementing and monitoring the plan on the network, with students and teachers in the 2nd year of high school at the Pernambuco State Education Network. In data analysis, we will use Discursive Textual Analysis - ATD (Moraes, 2003; Moraes & Galiazzi, 2006).
