Interpersonal relationships have been marked by intense technological innovation in recent times. In the educational environment, there are countless resources available to mediate the teacher's objectives and the success of their students. With Covid-19, educators needed to adapt to the emerging needs of the school and the deprivation of physical contact with students, using technology as a remedial resource. We are concerned here, however, with the innovation's perspective on the relational aspects of this return to everyday school life and that of the new generations. Those known as the “Alpha generation” who, even before speaking, can handle commands from tablets and cell phones, among others. Consciously, as if taking an important step back, we propose an attentive look at the relationship between the teacher and his child and between the child and the environment, the tête-à-tête that has taken place at school since the beginning, but which still needs improvements. . In this context, Relational Psychomotricity makes contributions in terms of accepting the emotions expressed by the child and is interested in what their actions seek to say. Every look, every gesture, body tone, etc. They are full of meanings and therefore the motor, psychological and affective aspects that are neglected by so many are fundamental to child development and gain centrality in our work. In this sense, based on the hypothesis that Relational Psychomotricity is a relatively new science and practice, usually present in schools and service spaces in large centers of Brazil and that Early Childhood Education teachers at the Municipal Education Network of Goiana do not know it , we will seek to capture the knowledge of these educators about this methodology. We understand that this field of study can contribute to the child development of Goiana. To this end, we will present brief updates about the municipality in addition to theoretical and conceptual propositions about childhood, child development and Relational Psychomotricity itself. In this way, we intend to study a sample using semi-structured interviews with content analysis to identify in greater depth the perceptions and challenges of professionals regarding the Relational Psychomotricity methodology.
