This master's research aims to analyze and investigate the practices of gender and masculinity studies in a school context to understand how circular practices of conflict resolution and dialogue circles between male students can contribute to the resolution of violence and problems. gender-related issues in schools and also for their personal lives and communities. To achieve this objective, the research will focus on male students from High School, as a research tool the dialogue wheels in the after-school hours, having as action research the guiding axis of the research methodology, having as the first steps the observation of the research site and its members, then the organization of questionnaires with some students and finally, the construction of dialogue circles between the students of the school. In this sense, the research for qualification presents some points to be debated and revealed to then act in schools.
