This research investigates the characters Mateus and Catirina e os Saberes. Sensitive and Insurgents in Popular Education in the city of Arcoverde-PE. This one the study seeks to contribute to the decolonial challenge of understanding how the project of colonization has created identities, but to show certain identities have historically been silenced and disallowed in the sense epistemic, while others are strengthened. The research aims to Investigate the production of insurgent knowledge and generous reason from of the experience of the street clown in the characters Mateus and Catirina. A theoretical foundation of this research is assumed in favor of a less instrumental and more open to the plurality of reality and the condition of knowledge, anchored in Mafesoli's concept of generous reason, it is proposed a theoretical-methodological path that preserves a sensitive epistemology, as can also approach the investigated phenomenon with a presence decolonial and sensitive. Suled by a qualitative research methodology, the Thatron's methodology, along with narrative research and interview narrative permeates throughout the research. The analyzes will be carried out using the method analysis of narratives, associated with critical discourse analysis.
