Distance learning vocational and technological education, influenced by the technological advances of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, has introduced virtual tools into its training processes that contribute to the development of skills in individual professional development. This research aims to analyze the use of virtual tools by teachers in Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) and the possibilities for improving the teaching-learning process. The survey was conducted with 65 teachers/tutors in the state of Pernambuco who work on the educational platform of the Regional Department of the National Industrial Training Service of Pernambuco (SENAI PE). It is structured in four distinct stages: bibliographic research; field research with the development and distribution of a questionnaire; analysis, processing, and dissemination of the research data; and finally, the design of a channel on an online video-sharing platform with practical guidelines and recommendations on the use of virtual tools in Distance Learning (DL) Vocational Education courses. The research results reveal changes in teaching behavior regarding the delivery of classes on distance learning platforms, investment in continuing education, and the need to expand training focused on the use of virtual tools and their application according to institutional methodology.
