This research addresses the use of the social network Facebook as a Virtual Environment for Mobile Learning - AVAM, for the continuous training of teachers and educators, mediated by mobile technologies, in a perspective of mobile, online and distance learning. It is intended to understand how this social network can contribute to the participants' learning process, which in a humanistic perspective of education, can strengthen learning. It seeks to analyze this network as a space of connection between knowledge and humanities. Analyze this tool as a space for collaboration, co-creation and construction of shared social knowledge. To make sense of these structures, the research was developed, in methodological terms, through applied means, with a qualitative approach, considering the Design Thinking proposals that is built on 5, 1 - Empathy, through a semi-research method, to understand the prior knowledge of teachers from a high school in the state of Ceará, and their experiences with the use of technologies and social networks during the pandemic period, information that was useful for steps 2 and 3 of Design Thinking, namely, 2 – Definition and 3 – Idealization, design stages of teacher training, delivered as an educational product resulting from this, considering the public profile and data from the previous stage; 4 – Prototyping, prototyping stage of the training with the view of Instructional Design, which analyzes the objects, methodology, contents and activities adhering to the training objectives; 5 - Application and Assessment, training application stage, through systematic observation to analyze the behaviors and postures adopted by the training participants and finalized through an interview to report the experience and life history, where the subjects contribute with the reports of their experiences, experiences and maturation as a professional. As a result of the research, we propose an educational product, a teacher training entitled "Mobile Learning: Didactic Sequence through social networks", proposed in the distance modality, with a final activity, by the participants, of an interdisciplinary didactic sequence for use of Facebook as a learning space.
