"Teacher Trainers' Speeches: The Experiences That Make Up the Training Process,

The research, entitled "Teacher Trainers' Speeches: The Experiences That Make Up the Training Process," aims to understand the experiences that marked the training process of teacher trainers in the municipality of Ipojuca, Pernambuco, considering the narratives of these experiences and training trajectories. To this end, we will examine their experiences in a historical space and time. The specific objectives of this study are: to understand the experiences that marked the training journey of teacher trainers; to analyze elements that marked their training process as teacher trainers; and to identify, in their narratives, the challenges these teachers highlighted in their journey as trainers. Regarding methodological procedures, the research will adopt a qualitative approach, using the narrative research method based on Connelly and Clandinin (2011), using narrative interview techniques (NI) by Jovchelovitch; Bauer, (2010) to construct the corpus of this research. For the analysis of the interviews, we will use the comprehensive interpretative analysis based on Souza (2014). The research will be conducted at the Department of Education of the Municipality of Ipojuca, located in the state of Pernambuco. The research partners will be teachers who work as teacher trainers for the early years of elementary school. The study aims to contribute to the field of autobiographical studies and life stories through narrative research and will contribute to the construction of knowledge in the field of continuing teacher education, specifically for teachers working as trainers in basic education.
