Agroecology, Food Security, Organic garden
The Horta em Todo Canto Program was launched in August 2016, in the state of Pernambuco, with a proposal to improve access to organic vegetables and encourage their consumption, from a perspective of food sovereignty and security. This project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the program's implementation and operation process, in order to identify the main aspects that have facilitated or hindered the achievement of the objectives of this public policy, to promote and expand agroecological initiatives in the production and consumption of foods. This thesis project is a study that will be constituted from a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), of an applied nature, and classified as an exploratory research, using the case study procedure. As a conclusion of this project from the defense of the Thesis and the Final Product, the manual, it is expected that public policy managers can, if they wish, through the manual, implement the program model, so that more and more people can have access , to the flow of activities that will lead them to the implementation of a program that will objectively contribute to the effectiveness of the proposed objectives and direct them to the implementation of public policies on food security and sovereignty, which can be a reference in the subject in question.
