This study delves into the complex relationships that permeate the production, processing, and commercialization of cassava at the Flour House of Sítio Antônio Dias, in the Chico Mendes I Settlement, in Tracunhaém – PE. Beyond an investigation into the practice itself, the research aims to unveil the traditional knowledge and cultural practices of family farmers, weaving a critical and contextualized analysis from the perspective of agroecology. The Flour House is configured as a territory where ancestral knowledge, relationships with nature, identity construction, and territorial development intertwine. Particularly, when reflecting on their traditional knowledge in the context of coexistence, observing the numerous ways in which they apply their knowledge in the daily life of their territory. The farmers, guardians of this space, hold a rich and unique knowledge that is evident in land management, cassava processing, and flour production. To achieve its objectives, the research employs a qualitative approach and the collective subject discourse technique, aiming to capture the perceptions and interpretations shared by the farmers. As a final product, the research proposes the creation of a virtual memorial that values and empowers the Flour House, immortalizing the history and knowledge of the family farmers of Sítio Antônio Dias.
